A protruding rectangular center piece, bearing two sunflowers linked by garland of laurel leaves, adorns the frieze of the entablature. Identical sunflowers adorn the heads of the jambs. This mantel presents a beautiful quality of sculpture, in relief and in depth, with much care for details.
